This program is taught by certified and specially trained instructors. We offer separate kids and teen classes with specific crossfit instruction for kids of all abilities and skill levels. These classes are high energy and fun, while teaching kids proper technique and body control with a wide variety of movements and skills.

Jamie has been involved with CrossFit since 2012, competing at local competitions as well as coaching.  As part of the Management team at Kulak CrossFit, she designs most of the workout programming and assists in staff management. Jamie is the head coach of Kulak Barbell, a USAW club and has coached multiple athletes at national competitions. She is a former college track and field athlete with a background in gymnastics as well as many other sports.  Her passion is fitness and health and loves to help others realize their potential and reach their goals.  She has a degree in physical therapy and is the mother of 4 amazing kids.

Troy has been active in CrossFit since 2013.  A former ISU football player, Troy loves anything and everything sports.  He is passionate about CrossFit and its ability to create the strongest, fastest, and fittest individuals for any sport, or for just life in general.  He has extensively coached youth sports and loves to help kids develop themselves through participation in sports and activities.  He owns and operates a HealthCare Management Company and loves to play with his 4 kids.

Brandon has done CrossFit since 2013 and has participated in many local CrossFit Competitions. He is an experienced trainer, having more than four years of coaching under his belt. His passion is Olympic Lifting as well as promoting the benefits of flexibility and mobility to help improve athletic performance and overall health.  Besides CrossFit, he loves to snowboard, eat, do outdoor activities with his wife and their dogs, and be an uncle to his 15 nieces and nephews.  He is also a licensed REALTOR® in the state of Idaho and helped start a supplement company.

He believes that there is something for everyone out there and would love to help you find passion in your fitness journey.

Jennifer Fellows has spent her whole life enjoying anything active. She has always been passionate about staying healthy both physically and emotionally.  Jen has been involved in many different types of fitness and training.  She has trained for and competed in triathlons, marathons, long-distance bike races, and figure competitions to name a few.  In August of 2013, she tried Cross Fit for the first time.  Since then it has captivated her.  She loves how well rounded the workouts are and how they don’t simply focus on cardio or lifting, but a combination of both.  To her, Cross Fit seems to have a perfect recipe for overall fitness.  Jen has never felt better about her fitness level or her body in her entire life.  She obtained her level 1 training certification in April of 2015 and has never looked back.  She loves sharing her knowledge and passion with others with hopes that Cross Fit will change their lives as much as it has changed hers.

Kris has been coaching and involved with CrossFit since 2013. Growing up, Kris was always an athlete. He played college baseball on scholarship for four years and played on a semi-pro baseball team for 3 years. He has a passion for fitness and exemplifying how can CrossFit can better yourself and your lifestyle. He enjoys building unique relationships with each member through trudging through workouts together. Kris is a firefighter and EMT and spends the rest of his time at the gym or outdoors hiking, running, or mountain biking.

Nataya Flores

Nataya has been doing CrossFit since 2017. She has competed and won in several competitions all throughout Idaho and Utah. She is passionate about prioritizing health and fitness and she believes CrossFit is the best training methodology out there. She spends most of her days working out with her husband Nyko and playing with her two fur babies! She is excited to help anyone and everyone she can to reach their goals and thrive in their fitness journey.

Nyko Flores

Certified CrossFit Level 1 Trainer

Nyko is originally from Blackfoot Idaho, he is a level one certified coach.  He started CrossFit in 2017 as a teenager and excelled from the start.  He continued to have competitive aspirations and spends most of his days working out with his wife, Nataya.  He became a CrossFit coach because CrossFit changed his life for the absolute better, so he wanted to be as involved as he could in helping as many people as possible reach their best selves.  He is passionate about doing this through the best training methodology there is- CrossFit.
